Holiday Market and Chili Cookoff!

Join Vintage Charm and Noel Butler Art in welcoming the holiday season with a chili cookoff! Bring your best recipe to the table to win prizes and glory! Also available will be a variety of pop up shops with wares available that day only, so while you’re trying out the best chili Rocky Mount has to offer you can enjoy a top tier shopping experience. This is the first of what will become an annual event, so stop by and help make Small Shops History!
